- A DEPOSIT of Kshs. 5,000 is required to book an appointment. The deposit will be credited towards the total balance on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance will be paid in CASH/M-PESA on the appointment day.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late from your scheduled appointment time, we may either have to reschedule to the next available date or cancel. Being late will delay the rest of the day’s schedule and is unfair to other clients.
- No guests, kids or pets are allowed in the studio to prevent cross contamination of the procedure area. Guests may wait at the reception area.
- 2 days’ notice is required if you need to reschedule an appointment to another date. If you fail to do so your deposit will be forfeited.
- Pre- care instructions are sent to every client following confirmation of their appointment. It is your responsibility to read and follow all instructions. If you have any questions regarding the instructions, please ask.
- The results will vary per person depending on their skin, lifestyle, eyebrow hair, facial structure, any medications taken and aftercare.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

- Under the age of 18
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- History of keloids or hypertrophic scarring
- Chemotherapy/radiation
- Skin irritations or rashes near the site
- Viral infections or diseases, cold or flu
- Botox within the last 1 month
- Autoimmune disease
- Diabetes, epilepsy
- Major heart conditions
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure, poor general health.
